Mane wanted to go, Nunez will come good.

Nunez is absolutely woeful

Mane was your best player
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not my player, but he was good for Liverpool.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course he isn't your player MontLiverpool

Tuchel taking over a Chelsea side in 9th were struggling to get top 4, but Klopp taking over a Liverpool side in 10th had a chance to get top 4?

Big brain logic here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No no I mean in 15/16 Liverpool were seen as a team to get in the top 4. For example they were in the UCL the year before so it was a bit of a given they should get top 4 again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No we were not seen as a team to get top four

Mane

Yeah but surely you'd be better off with another year of Mane and trying to sign a decent CF because that Nunez is shocking

Yeah but he wasn't the type of guy to suddenly down tools was he? If he stayed he'd have smashed it for you this season I think.... instead you sold your best player and replaced him with a guy who can't control or even kick a football

Yes you were that's just a lie. You'd finished second a year earlier in 2014.

Nunez is already looking like Andy Carroll Mk.2

Both managers knew what they were signing up for.

Tuchel knew Chelsea would demand success and if you don't deliver then you'll be on your way out with a massive pay off. It's their model and has worked for them. It's exactly what happened.

Klopp knew he'd get time to turn Liverpool from a borderline CL team to one capable of challenging for the biggest prizes. It's exactly what happened.

Not unfair, just different club ethos.

I actually think that's harsh. Carroll was better a footballer than him. Don't get the Lukaku comparisons either, if you look at Romelu's record in EPL especially in his first season it is far better than Nunez.

Nunez is more like Afonso Alves

Pointless analysis. You needed to watch Tuchel recent interviews to know he had become very toxic. He looked unhappy, blaming everyone but himself and mainly players. Given 250m to sepnd. Klopp said it was his fault for the defeat at Napoli. Klopp is still calm. Tuchel was rightly sacked. At any job, you don't want someone who is fighting and arguing all the time.
