Too soon. Come on now, Liz has only just died!
This is a bloke in his 60’s who still uses the word “mummy”
He'll be an excellent King. I think he will be more political which will be a good thing. The environment in particular will be something he won't hold back on.

Agree, I think he needs to stand for the environment above any person. Hopefully William would one day follow that commitment
Why not give it to Prince William and have a young bloke at the reigns like in Holland? The Queen called it a day and handed it over to King Willem-Alexander and enjoyed retirement. I understand you have a more conservative Kingdom but feck sake, at 70 taking on this job is no joke.

He’s the King first and foremost
His responsibility is to lead the Country and Commonwealth without bias - like his mother did to almost perfection
He’s been vocal in the past on certain political and environmental issues, something the Queen hasn’t allowed herself to do
It remains to be seen just how outspoken he will be, he’s a different character from his mother - but now he holds a completely different office, so we’ll see
I think he will uphold his post and responsibility to the highest standard - and he certainly has my full support and respect

Does responsibility to the people not also mean that he should have their best interests at heart? People shutting up and performing duties without question may be convenient for the right wing, but actually making a difference would be far better for actual humanity. It's also why they killed Diana off because she was human.

Oh well, that changes EVERYTHING then.
I received an interest free princes trust loan of £1500k many years ago, without it I don't think many years later that ja606 would have existed. It was a small help that without which mat have made things much tougher.

I think he will uphold his post and responsibility to the highest standard - and he certainly has my full support and respect
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Does responsibility to the people not also mean that he should have their best interests at heart? People shutting up and performing duties without question may be convenient for the right wing, but actually making a difference would be far better for actual humanity. It's also why they killed Diana off because she was human.

He'll be an excellent King. I think he will be more political which will be a good thing. The environment in particular will be something he won't hold back on.

Admin, you don't know that?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't. I've watched a few interviews with him in his garden and the like and find him considerate and compassionate which is an excellent characteristic for a King.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
comes across a bit detached a bit
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The princes trust has done excellent work with every socio-economic group and I think he is pretty heavily involved.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's why the tories and traditional royalists hate him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don’t talk wet
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What do you think of him? Should he be speaking about the future or real issues facing the planet? Or should he just shut up and do his duties without having an opinion?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He’s the King first and foremost
His responsibility is to lead the Country and Commonwealth without bias - like his mother did to almost perfection
He’s been vocal in the past on certain political and environmental issues, something the Queen hasn’t allowed herself to do
It remains to be seen just how outspoken he will be, he’s a different character from his mother - but now he holds a completely different office, so we’ll see
I think he will uphold his post and responsibility to the highest standard - and he certainly has my full support and respect

I received an interest free princes trust loan of £1500k many years ago, without it I don't think many years later that ja606 would have existed. It was a small help that without which mat have made things much tougher.

The Queen never had a dog in any fight. Charles is a different beast for sure. More power to him.
