Meteoric rise from non-league.

The best English manager. Intelligent in how he communicates and not the cliche standard speaking Allardyce type one.

Yep, big job on his hands elevating the players but track record is excellent at improving players.
Looking forward to seeing how he'd use, promote and develop the younger players. Chukawumeka might get a look-in now.
Even if he doesn't.. I know the direction GP takes will stand him and the club in good stead going forward. Sustainable growth.

There are too many players (particularly in attack) that the predecessor failed to get a useful tune out of...utterly mismanaged, misused and/or underutilised.
That is one of a number of reasonable grounds as to why he lost his job.
His name is Potter. Or Graham to his friends.
He loves his gardening so they say, so we shall call him ..Pots !

Didn’t Potter have the same problem at Brighton with his attackers missing shet load of chances?
That was the case two seasons ago, less of issue last season.
Crux of the matter is...attackers under GP at Brighton progressively evolved individually & collectively as a cohesive unit year-on-year, converting the big / clear-cut chances created (same can't be said about Tuchel on a downward spiral & he's had the resources available at his disposal).
Brighton have been efficient this season, GP left in the best possible way off the back of a 5-2 thumping of Leicester.
Tuchel hit his glass ceiling.
