You’re a hypocrite Boris because when Greenwood was arrested in January you slated him and slated our club.

I believe I praised United for suspending him.
Never let the truth get in the way of your fantasies.

My opinion is that if a woman files a criminal complaint against someone and evidence suggests it’s false, then she should be prosecuted for filing a false report.
Unfortunately there are a lot of women which have ruined it for other women who were actually assault victims.

Someone has had their account hacked.

I’m not the monster that the liberal media wants you to believe.

Too grey an area and it would prevent legitimate victims coming forward out of fear they could end up in prison.
Unfortunately raaape cases are too subjective and difficult to prove either way. Mendy being cleared doesn’t make him an innocent man. Being prosecuted doesn’t make him guilty either. Unless there is clear evidence these cases are always difficult to prove either way.
I hope Mendy did actually do all he was accused of because his life and career has been ruined either way and you’d like to think that all the open cases against him aren’t from conspiring skanks looking for a quick dollar
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, in order to successfully prosecute her they must prove beyond reasonable doubt that she filed a false report which is arguably more difficult than proving she was raped.

Yeah, I know. Just saying it's a huge win for Mendy in the legal sense. Could be the beginning of the collapse of the case, but remains to be seen.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
The problem with this is that rape cases are very difficult to prove beyond reasonable doubt. For the woman to be prosecuted it would have to go back to court and for the 'false' claims proved beyond all reasonable doubt, which of course would also be very difficult.
I imagine they would be hit with significant costs if their case isn't proved, which is some solace to the victim, whichever side this may be.

Don’t be an idiot
My point is I’d rather all these allegations are based on the truth as opposed to a group of women hatching a plot to get rich, as more and more women will take advantage of the system and put innocent men behind bars or in serious debt.
The fact that she under oath swore she was woken to being forcibly taken against her will and begged to stop only for a video to surface of the same night and her having the time of her life is repugnant
She should be tried and imprisoned for it in my opinion

Not quite, one of the the women gave evidence today. Mid way through, the prosecution chose not to progress with charges related to the accusations that woman had raised.
What happens to this woman that is now proven to be a waffler?? Nothing . Even her name we don't know
But fellow men, I call them imbeciles quick to crucify another fella. I have hardly seen women anywhere condemning this liar. Had se*, on tape bloody enjoying it, accused someone of rape and walking away free

I think Greenwood gets off.
He said, she said. The audio isn't evidence of rape.
Even the threats to kill, if not dismissed as idle threats, are unlikely to result in serious punishment.
The audio and insta posts aren’t going to be admissible in the Greenwood case. Already in the public domain so can’t use it as it’s tainted evidence.
