Ah well. Least we showed a little fight second half. Arsenal Liverpool and City all in our first 7 games has been very unlucky for Erik. To win 2 out of those is fairly good too.

They had 1 shot on target more than us today and De Gea could have saved a few of those easily if he moved as they were next to him or he just anticipated crosses better instead of staring at the ball. He was ranked 20th best goalkeeper in away games in 2022 and continued it on today.

This, really. I think we’d probably have lost to City anyway but that break really didn’t help us when we’d got a bit of momentum. Another lesson learned for Erik and hopefully some morale restored by actually scoring three.

For a game like this we actually do need two CDM's, have to pitch between Eriksen and Bruno and both were dogcrap today
