His team were outclassed in a game where he did next to nothing so of course he has to big up the opposition.

Tbf not many people can mark Louis Saha out of a game these days.

He actually was still their best player, when he got on the ball you could see the class and he was the only one to try spin a player and take players on. He went on a few really good runs. But of course, take a negative approach because an opposition player ha seven complimented

Was also brilliant to hzve aubameyang actually finish a Reece cross, something we’ve been crying out for. Should be all auba needs to do, because James will supply him.

I wouldn't bother responding to Mamba Nick, you know what a WUM he his. Why would he care about the subject.

Let's just celebrate the fact we have such a great young player on our hands!

His growth has been so good to watch. His quality has been undeniable from young and way he’s progressed from that Wigan loan to his development under Lampard and Tuchel has been really nice to see.

It’s also really interesting to see his progression in character and attitude as well. 2-3 years ago all interviews even from James himself would describe him as quiet off the field if a bit vocal on field. He never for example used to give post match interviews.

I think that’s changed now. He’s developed this nice persona of competitiveness, leadership, coming clutch in big moments..the little posts he does on social media locking up Zaha..he’s really believing on his sauce. I used to see him as a future captain when he first returned from Wigan. Then I went off the idea because he was so shy off the pitch. Last 12 months I’m back on the wagon. One of the most talented and likable players on our squad.

Can't disagree with any of that, don't know about you but I see him as a future team Captain the way he's developing personality wise as well as a player!

Best RB in the world now, no one else really has an argument

Best RB/RWB in the league imo. Had a feeling he'd surpass the competition in time because he doesn't have any glaring weaknesses.

Nice to have a true, stand out quality RB again. Because Azpi's been pulled all around the backline we've not really had one since Ivanovic.

I couldn't argue for or against that because I'm not au fait with RBs the world over but I don't see anyone in this country in front of him for his all round game!
