Today's game against Everton was not a memorable one. They played 5 at the back, so it was always going to be a struggle.
It took an 86th minute goal by Hojbjerg to settle it.
I'm never happy to see Davies on the pitch, but we kept a clean sheet.
Good performances by Romero and Dier at the back,
Betancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic, in the middle.
Richarleson and Son seemed to run into trouble just when they looked like they were going to get going.
Kane showed how good he is at getting out of tackles.
Doherty may be getting back to his old form, and Bissouma show a lot of improvement over recent outings.
Also, I'm glad to see Skipp getting on the pitch. Lets hope he gets back to last season's form.
My MOM was Betancur, he seemed to be all over the place, wherever the ball was. And also Hojbjerg.
Those two between them are giving the squad some steel in the middle. If Bissouma makes it a Trio, we'll beat the Arsenholes, and maybe even give KDB's men a battle.

Billy, they probably won't be playing their two games in hand until next year, so it is a moot point. Who knows what the table will look like in 2023.

Do we have a better squad than Arsenal? You’re gonna lazily brand me an Arsenal fan again but I’m not sure that’s true. We ARE Kane and Son. Beyond those two, we’re not that great. Arsenal have a better squad in terms of the distribution of quality, even if they don’t have two outstanding players like those two.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mr Negative has turned up. Fridge, do you ever have anything good to say about Spurs. Where is the Arsenal depth in their squad? Who is their back up striker, CB, midfielder? If you are going to put up a post like this, back it up with names.

Yeah because taking the 2 best players out of a team is a good example of squad depth.
How does a front line of Martinielli Nketia and Marquinhos look....powder puff!!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yup, complete nonsense to say they have a quality squad, they don't.
Nice to see the 2nd half prove Devon wrong about the systems and Bissouma over Richarlison was more positive
Could have been even better if we started like that and also Richarlison may not have got injured which looks to be a bad one

About as good as Richy, Lucas and Gil. Get my point?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How do City look without Haaland, KDB and Silva.
Romero walks into virtually any other Prem side and Dier is not far off given his form.
Real Madrid still sniffing around PEH, who has also been unbelievable and Kulu and Bentancur have been outrageously good since they showed up.

This is a great pity, if things turn out the way they look.
Richarleson is Brazil's number 9 ATM.

Uniteds game after us is Chelsea away, so I wouldn’t worry too much even if they smash us 10-0.
We’re a point off top and had our best ever start despite having to play away to Chelsea, West Ham, Arsenal, Brighton - all in the top nine last season, we lost 3 of those as well. By Wednesday night we will have played 5 of last seasons top 9 away, we will only have City (who we also would have played) Liverpool and Leicester from that top 9 left.
Chelsea in contrast have only played one side in the top half of the table so far, only Arsenal have had it as easy as them

I might come across as negative but someone here has to strike some balance against a tide of blind optimism. I’m actually not a negative person but I am a rational one. If I sniff bullshiiiiiit I call it out. You repeatedly say other teams are terrible and Spurs are brilliant. I understand that as a fan but you never, ever apply any objectivity to your arguments. Talking up our chances of winning the league and refusing to accept Arsenal’s growth is the sort of blinkered, ridiculous viewpoint that makes me dampen those expectations and thus get described as negative.
