He needs to improve on having his own system and not copying us with the 433. He didn't had the players to play that system. Persisting with Mings who is an atrocious defender and footballer.

Wouldn’t touch that job with a barge pole if I was Poch. He’s on easy street, nice gaff in London, gaff in Barcelona, yacht in the mariner, why the fack would he wanna spend his days in a cold field in some midlands sheitehole with a bunch of bang average players?
