Conte will be back there by January I’d imagine. It seems to have all gone toxic very quickly at Spurs.
They dropping into the Europa?

Can Juve afford him? Isn't Conte on crazy money at Spurs?
What a fall from grace. I do not see them as one of Europe's true elite clubs anymore. They will be in the Europa League and sitting outside the top 4 in their league. Can you imagine Real or Bayern in that position? That true elite clubs:
Real Madrid
Bayern
Man Utd
Barcelona
That's it now.
Yeah I watched the first half yesterday, they were pathetic. Could well miss out on even Europa League football if Maccabi manage to get anything against Benfica. And doesn't look like they'll be getting back into the CL next season either.
Whilst we're on the subject, I always liked Pogba and still do - but even I have to have a little chuckle at this in hindsight:
“My thought process is to show Manchester (United) that they made a mistake in waiting to give me a contract. “And to show other clubs that Manchester had made a mistake in not offering me a contract.”

He's also now on a fraction of what United offered him. I don't hold any ill feeling towards Pogba but I'm not sad he's gone either.
Looks like they are in a heap of trouble again too due to financial irregularities.
They are a bit of a joke club these days. Shame as I always admired them from afar as a kid when they had likes of Conte, Zidane, Del Piero, Inzaghi

They’re pretty crap now. But I’d say it’s quite a tough group with Benfica looking like a good side. PSG couldn’t manage to beat them over two games.

Must admit it's great to see given Agnelli said a few years ago that "clubs like 'Porto, Lyon and Ajax' aren't glamorous enough for a European Super League."
Ever since then they keep getting knocked out by these supposedly lower tier clubs

I think they certainly can. There’s more chance of trophies with Juve, a superior winning mentality compared to that of Spurs.
Pogba is too far up his own backside to be truly liked by the supporters of any club he plays for and will never attain the acclamation of a truly talented player like Cantona.
Barcelona are still competing for the title in their league. To be considered a truly elite team you cannot be languishing outside the top 4 in your league whilst also not competing in the CL. One or the other is fine as you put a big effort into a title race etc. At the moment Juve are not doing either. On second thoughts have added Chelsea as they now do it consistently.
Real Madrid
Bayern
Man Utd
Barcelona (debatable)
Chelsea (debatable)

That’s a good part of the reason why the entire concept of the ESL is a load of bunkum.
You can’t base competition entry on ‘glamour’. You base it on merit.
They could be a dangerous opponent for us in the Europa. They could have Chiesa, Di Maria and Pogba available by then.

Barcelona are coming second in a two horse race. That’s last place “Stewart”.
Although Liverpool are coming eighth in their two horse race. Which is really minus 6th, behind six dead horses.

Oh yeah forgot about Chiesa.
I’m not sure we can ‘expect’ to beat a lot of teams in the knock out at this stage. Especially when Juve haven’t played a match with those three players in the team.
If it were to be grouped into tiers of elite clubs at the moment it would be
Tier A
Real Madrid
Bayern Munich
Man Utd
Barcelona
Liverpool
Chelsea
Man City
Arsenal
Tottenham
PSG
Tier B
Milan
Atletico
Juve
Ajax
Inter
Newcastle
Porto
Tier C
Napoli
Benfica
Leicester
Everton
Roma
West Ham
Sevilla
Lyon
Tier D
Wolves
Atalanta
Celtic
Aston Villa
Nottingham
Red Bull
Valencia

The only Italian team I'd be concerned about right now is Napoli and we certainly won't be playing them this season.
The rest are pretty average.
