Did you just type “superband” into Google?
The actual best supergroup in terms of musicianship etc is a Perfect Circle but my own particular fave is (was 😫) Audioslave
Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds
Audioslave - remember them?!
The Op's got it bang on, The Travelling Wilburys.
First off, it actually is a Supergroug, A Beatle, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, Tom Petty, and what's his face out of ELO. At least three genuine world stars.
They had a great back story of the formation, and some great tracks.

Jeff Lynne from ELO.
Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young
Crosby Stills Nash and Young. They were another supergroup, although their music is quite variable. 'Carry On' is a great tune: listen to those harmonies, created well before Pro-Tools or anything else like that was around.

Ah, you got there just before I did!
Even though many found greater fame elsewhere, and later on, I think purely for the members in there I'd have to nominate The Faces as a partial supergroup.
Blind Faith
Cream
The Mars Volta
Rival Schools
and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes
D12, GUnit.
Takes me back
Obviously there have been many great groups but the line-up of the Wilburys was amazing with so many of the greatest talents coming together.
Jeff Lynne
Roy Orbison
Tom Petty
George Harrison
Bob Dylan
If I was on Desert Island Discs that would the first one that I would take and it was the last one I ever bought.

No!
Deluxe is a great album
They might have been made up of big names but their music was nothing special really, weaker than the sum of their parts
Jon and Vangelis
Squacket
Jeff Beck Group
