Diaz our new number 9?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was actually just thinking that. Only one game, but he looked comfy there, and wonder if having less ground to cover improves his finishing?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He was playing 10 on weekend and looked good there too

Think thats the 1 ive enjoyed most so far (utd aside obvs).
They were really well organised in that 1st half. So for us to come out and blitz them like that in 2nd half was really impressive. We were so solid as well. Exciting times.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The way Slot seems to pick apart the opposition manager’s plan at half time is insane. Tactically he is superb.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, just need him to start getting it right from the start. Could have been 1-0 down at ht we got away with 1. Could have been down 3-4 vs Brighton at HT and Bournemouth could have quite easily came bk into it 2nd half.
Think top 8 in this super league thing is pretty much already sewn up with how poorly some of the other favoured teams have started.

Aw think we are home and hosed now. Even 2 more wins from our last 4 should be more than enough.
Villa been a bit shiiit recently, unfortunately you’ll win this fairly comfortably
Liverpool XI: Kelleher; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Mac Allister, Gravenberch, Jones; Salah, Nunez, Diaz
Should have kept the men in form on in Gakpo and Tsimikas.
Now we have to worry about Robbos lost pace against Bailey

Can you get villa in the same format please
Aston Villa XI: Martinez; Konsa, Diego Carlos, Pau, Digne; Onana, Tielemans; Bailey, Rogers, Ramsey; Watkins.
Huge game now.
We need to 2019 this league
Subs: Olsen, Bogarde, Maatsen, Mings, Kamara, McGinn, Buendía, Philogene, Durán.
MASSIVE game now....THIS is how you win leagues, take advantage..
What an opportunity this is, please take it redmen
Them losing Rodri is similar to 2019 when they lost Laporte. Completely fallen apart. Got to take advantage.
You gotta think VVD..Robbo...Salah will be saying...MUST WIN!

I know they normally have a patch pre-christmas every year where they look normal, but this City side definitely looks worse this year
