A European referee we would've won. I don't trust these English referees. Three pens get denied us. Their 3rd goal came from a free kick which wasn't. He kept giving them soft freekicks.

true but shud have held onto them, but a huge mistake wasnt to be. have to go and get 3 points in 60 odd hours now

Ref was terrible, we weren’t great (but amazing fight back in the second half). They needed a worldie from Isak (which he is fully capable of doing), and a very lucky last minute goal.

Overall, Newcastle were better over the 90 - a draw isn’t the worst result.

Poor ref for both teams I thought. Felt like he wanted to be the centre of attention.

Although I think a draw was a fair result. Not at our best in any area of the pitch.

Yes for most parts of the game but the last 20 minutes we had enough chances to win. Any decent striker but donkey Nunez we could have scored more and won. Referee made sure we didn't win

Yeah on Nunez, an abysmal football player. We need to get rid.

Nunez is a massive problem. As impact player he is OK but once jota is back he will be dropped quick I feel. And tbh shpuld be moved on next summer.

At the end of the day it's the third game all season we've failed to win.

Nunez just hasn’t learned or developed in the 2 years unfortunately. Still snatching at chances and showing now signs of composure. Not looking good for him.

No Mac on weekend. We need to give Grav a rest cos he's been playing every minute. Huge blunder to not bring on Endo to eat minutes and sit on the lead. Game management poor all over.

Don't buy into saying he hasn't improved, his all round game has been quite good this season on my opinion. Thought he was superb against Madrid.

Tonight however was probably his worst performance in a Liverpool shirt.

He’s being judged on a game by game basis…..

Was a very difficult game and we still didn't get beat. I didn't think we were too bad, give Newcastle some credit. Weakest areas were Nunez and Robbo IMO.
