Not just the PGMOL. They would try anything to stop Liverpool but they have failed. I mean even with the fixtures. The Christmas fixtures are unfair to Liverpool and very good to Arsenal. Liverpool have fewer days rests while Arsenal have more rest days than any other teams. Liverpool played Tottenham on Sunday 22nd December, then play Leicester City on Thursday 26th December and West Ham on Sunday 29th December. That's a game every three days with a lot of travelling. Going to London, then back to Liverpool, then back to London. Arsenal play Palace on Saturday 21st December, then Ipswich on Friday 27th and Brentford on Wednesday 1st January. That's six days resting after the first game and five days after the second game and very little of travelling. They play in London and close to London.

Always nice to moan about it from a winning position though.
