Not strictly true is it?
Most people on there are saying it was deserved, you’ve probably picked a couple of posters out and made it your survey sample
Seriously, that was the Darwin Nunez we signed. Haven’t seen enough of that. But that really was brilliant from him. Pace, power and finesse.
What a win. Congrats guys.

Beautiful
Nunez is a striker not a winger. That's his best position abd he proved it today. Great win and spirit by the team to comeback playing yet again against 12
Had Newcastle kept on Gordon, Tonali, and Isak then I think they win that game. That was a bizarre decision to take them all off.

I disagree. That were on upto 75 mins and couldn't finish.
Wow only checking Flashscore now and that is an incredible result, considering the red card and being 1-0 down. Can’t read too much into though as Liverpool could probably win at St James Park with their U17s

VVD of old would never have done that
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, he'd have been backed off and marshalled Isak wide of the goal. Perhaps he heard about the constant complaints from some of our fans calling him names and moaning about him always backing up and not engaging attackers like King Leonidas. They want him to get in there and tear attackers up, but that's not how it works as the attackers are much faster.
VVD has got those tackles right for years, a nanosecond earlier and he gets just the ball and it's just another brilliant VVD piece of defending, but you can't get them right all the time. Probability suggests you'll get one wrong eventually.
He rarely gets dribbled for a reason, and never beaten in the air, there's a reason he's been the best CB last few years. Let him do his thing and defend how he wants.

Don’t understand bringing on Elliott for this situation

Neo's football knowledge is amazing.
Reading this thread before we scored, you can see why some stay away and some even left the site altogether. Complete and utter joke of a thread this. Reading back some posters should be absolutely embarrassed of themselves, the wimps.

If you think anything close to the wrist slitting that goes on here happens at the match that only serves to prove you’re a plassie who hasn’t been near Anfield in years, if at all.

Another classy response. Love have you are so easily wound up. Make sure you get your BP checked at the GPs
You might be from Liverpool but clearly never been to a game. Fans moan when chances are missed, passes misplaced, subs which they don't understand at the time. It's human nature to think you know more than Klopp during a game and can finish a chance better than Salah. You clearly have not lived. There is still time.

Had a ST for years you knobhead Used to sit next to a lad we all nicknamed ‘moaney Tony’. Funny watching the sad plastic manc pretend to know what it’s like at the match though. It’s nothing like the wrist slitting at the slightest thing on the match threads.

Ah you must be one of those merchants who says that you have to be Scouse to support Liverpool. Well you know what I ain't fekin Scouse. I'm not even a Manc but Manchester is a wonderful city where I live now.
