we took control again 2nd half, oppo again effort dropped off after huge effort vs half vs us.

like wolves they really needed to be score those huge chances first half.

Yeah that's the point for me. If we're desperate for a chance, I want Nunez, he's a magnet for them.

Shame he couldn't get a brace today, it was a poor miss before his goal, but he's putting in numbers and should start again next week against Spurs imo, they're made for him.

We look so strong in the second half of the last few games...its like we're making the other team work hard in the first half then give them the beans when they're knackered in the second.

We look twice as fit compared to this time last season.

Looks like we actually got pre season right this year, as opposed to the absolute shiitshow last time around.

Fkn great result, never seen Antonio dominated like he was today, well done to the team on that and VVD / Matip in particular.

Gomez was awesome imo too.

Matip was my motm tbf, felt he absolutely bullied Antonio

Bowen and Paqueta were good though.

Yeah...also we then call on the "finishers" to kill.tje game, today it was Jota. So much qual6on the bench we kill teams off when they are knackered.

I'd take Bowen and paqueta in a heartbeat to be fair.

Much better 2nd half from us (again)

West Ham are a pretty good team I think so excellent result for us.

Both quality, Bowen did incredible considering he hasn't trained all week, probs the reason he wasn't quite at his normal levels.

I just feel that Diaz, Nunez and Salah should be starting most weeks as all have contributed massively to our impressive start.
