Fair play to the team. They really turned it around led by captain marvel.

Hell of a statement win this given the circumstances

Yep, considering ‘Pool only had 4 (at most) of their best XI starting tonight.

Some second half, said at ht we needed a huge second half and we got it. Immense character from the team again.

Feels like a huge victory for a number of reasons.

Made it hard for themselves with that start but once again massive improvement HT

Could and probably should have scored eight.

It was absolutely beautiful to have big Virg lead that comeback and us bring on so many academy players to see out the win.

We might actually do this.

just a shame they cant start games like that isnt it?

Definitely the season of the come back for us so far. What does Klopp say at half time? Because it always seems to work.

The quality improved. Thats all that was missing. There was still plenty of effort in that 1st half.

Class win given the amount missing.

That second half was one of our best Klopp league performances considering the circumstances, absolutely superb.

That 20 mins from Bradley in 2nd half changed the game. He started to invert and grabbed the game by the scruff of neck. Luton could not live with him. What a star he has been.

Bradley is mature beyond his years, thought the whole team was fantastic second half. Even young Bobby Clark was putting in a proper shift there.

some of the passing first half wasnt acceptable from any level of liverpool player imo. Hopefully they learnt a hell of a lot and gained a hell of a lot of confidence and belief as ive no doubt we're gonna be relying on a fair few of them a lot more before the seasons done.

Gakpo finally showed that dog in him. He used his height and size and defenders were bouncing off him.

Diaz was still hit and miss but never hid.

something we saw grav improve on recently too, people their size need to start using it, esp in a league as physical as the prem.

First half there was too many ridiculous long range shots. We were getting desperate but 2nd half Bradley inverting created more space so players were free. Not sure why we didn't invert in first half but glad we did when it mattered.

Say what you like about Gakpo's all round play, Ive plenty, but he is a great finisher and will score plenty of goals even when playing crap. Weird player to watch.

Diaz is our 5th player to hit double figures

The plasyers out there tonight must realise that they've ALL got to step up to the plate for the remaining games, both for the sake of the team and for their own development.
But well done to all of them - fantastic result and with the added bonus of no further injuries

Yeah I'm still struggling to work out why Pep Ljinders said Gakpo was the missing link because his all round play is average most of the time, but get him in the box and he scores

Not a bad plaer to have considering Nunez is basically the opposite.

from clips i saw of him in the NL he always looked like a tehcnically good striker of the ball with an eye for goal.

some of his half turns are amazing tho same with grav in t hat respect they can take the ball on the half turn and drive with the ball really well, nothing better for breaking down defences. they just need to learn their role with us better but then again theres gonna be change up soon and theyll have new roles again?

Yeah I don't actually think his finishing is that good. His all round play when he's on form is great but he hasn't shown that much recently but still filling in and scoring when we need him.

Diaz on the other hand plays well most games but to be a top player he needs more goals. A more clinical Diaz would be unstoppable. Could have easily had three or four tonight.
