I don’t mind RB influx. It’s where our most talented players are and allows for some 4atb/3atb flexibility . Would be interesting who’d be left out of RJ was for..TAA could have very much been in danger

On one hand we all know Southgate has his faves so can’t be too surprised. But still automatic question marks over Dier, Phillips, for me Coady. Gallagher I have to say is a surprise too.

Out of players who missed out Tomori, Ward Prowse and perhaps Toney/Abraham can feel most aggrieved. I rate Wilson but Toney/Abraham more similar to Kane and still of sufficient quality to supplement squad.

I think he's picked a decent squad from an outside perspective.
