The guy lives on Merseyside, his family are all Scousers now and are Liverpool season ticket holders.

I have a feeling Liverpool will be playing for penalties. Tbf those matches are played straight after the World Cup. And seeing as how Liverpool only have about 3 players going to Qatar they will be able to field a relatively far stronger side than City and should win
