If we stay at least 7 clear it’ll be a nice wee break and a World Cup to enjoy. WFH today then into town at 5 for drinks/food with a crowd of us heading to see Leo Sayer at the royal concert hall - last train home then drop partner and sister (different people !) off in town before heading to game then collect them in town before heading to Niece's housewarming then last train home ! Capped off with a pal coming on Sunday morning to help bolt a pergola to the ground (if it’s still in my garden by then). Add Monday thank feck

Is the Aberdeen V Dundee Utd game on the telly - or is that a mental suggestion?

I thought Sky could access more games if they wanted to?!

Crazy.

I think this is purely an experiment with the two clubs trying later kick off home and away to see if attendance and experience is something fans like. To be honest I quite like the idea of clubs trying stuff and seeing how it goes.

Yeah, I know they're trying different things - just thought it's a fairly big game and they might have wanted to take up the option for showing it.

Don't want to constantly be apologising for both sets of fans using unsavoury language singing about the demise of someone else.

I'm guessing clubs maybe asked them not to show it. Or Sky audience research has shown its not the viewing winner they need to go against a Premier League game.

There's some on here selling their R-soul. I say selling but the price is only a taste of their cauk afterwards.

‘the Celtic player had received the ball in an offside position.‘

Deliberate poor wording, or just stupidity?

Indeed, right up there with "Referee Operations can confirm that during a VAR review at Motherwell v Celtic, the footage from the relevant 18-yard line camera did not capture an appropriate view of the incident,"

But chose to make a decision in an inappropriate view anyway? What happened to being reasonably sure?

Maybe they have not thought through their words carefully enough? Listen, stuff is gonna happen but this isn't helping! Its not a ref they need its a lawyer!

Mind the EPL game hawkeye missed the ball over the line because of an incredibly small odds bodies flying everywhere situation meant the requisite cameras could triangulate it?

posted on 11/11/22

So Jota is offside but because the camera views don’t absolutely prove it, it should be onside?

Big bad VAR
