Know lots of the boys on here have them but I chanced on an article a couple of weeks ago about energy use and some boy that couldn't understand why his smart meter was showing such high consumption and he traced it to the perfectdraft - iirc it was using about as much as his fridge & freezer combined - can't remember the figures but I remember his calculation was eye boggling.

Sounds horrible.
Go into my corner shop for beer, they nearly never have my favoured on, but in the beer fridge there hard seltzer, hard lemonade, all kinds of mango, lime, apple, applepine etc flavoured drinks in lovely pastel covered cans and boxes, but no fekin strong beer or ale.

It is a guilty pleasure because it is made in France
Not sure this translates transatlantic but you know when you go on holiday to some villa in Spain or similar and its so hot you turn the fridge to max making it so cold the beer is great but it is enough to separate the coke in the fridge out into an ice block and a remainder of more concentrated, carmelly, toffee tasting coke which is like nectar?
Well toffee vodka with coke is like that taste. Get it in 50cl bottles in M&S. It has won all sorts of gold medals. Yeah, a bit sickly but it reminds me of hot holidays.
BTW, fack going a month with no club footy - its like the close season

Oh and worse than the alcopops for the kids is craft beer guys.
Drink 2 pints a week, but are fvkin experts on the taste. Shutup. Oooh this is rather hippy, thus is a nice IPA, yadda yadda yadda. Just goes a pint pal. A bottle even.
Had a guy in the pot shop pull that schit the other day. Asked him how old he was. 24. Told him I might know a bit more about it as I've been smoking the stuff for 50 years now. CVNTS.
Phew I feel better now.

Some people are going a full month without nutting..
On the subject of Remembrance, I agree with previous it's a lot of goading on both sides. Wear a poppy or don't. Go to a remembrance event etc or don't. Ideally be quiet either way for a wee minute as you're deid a long time and you've probably had a better kick of the ball than a lot of them got.
But a soldier in uniform jumps me in the queue isn't getting thank you for your service on you go off me (he's probably not getting an earful either cause I'd likely be feart)

Agree, the craft beer thing when I was going to great lengths seeking out drinking 'real' ale from the half dozen establishments in Glasgow for the last 40 years I accept more is better but now there's almost too much choice, too many taps changing and beers never reappearing. Back in the day there were 5 or 6 staples always on and about the same in rotating guest beers. Now some places are just different every time you are in so you have to start the trial and error then when you find good one the keg is done and its gone.
BTW I also eschew the beardy know all, CAMRA member, knows all the minutiae os ABV, hop variety and assistant brewers name. Beer bores.
