Because Garnacho isn't a right winger and Rashford is woeful on the right. We've only really got Elanga or Bruno as options from the right, and although I'd have opted for Bruno on the right myself with Eriksen at #10, it makes sense that ETH would want to keep the core of his team the same and just swap one player in to cover the RW position.
