Personally I'm not inspired, but as you say many bhoys were equally dismissive of Ange and that has turned out pretty well.
Did feel sorry for Mexico, at least they tried to get into the play offs, but c'est la vie
Most outa touch I've ever been about the Scottish game past wee bit.
Been immersed in family & outdoors.
In reverse order
Even if the Beale lad is good the Jan window's a tilting point.
The board shafted gvb regardless of his tactical flaws imo.

Underwhelmed - 100%
Dismissive - No
His managerial record before Celtic was decent, we just didn't know if it would translate to us. There was hope because many who had played for him rated him highly.
I'd say you are the opposite with Beale. Dismissive due to his lack of managerial track record but not Underwhelmed as you know him.

Made up garbage designed to make the board look shoddy ahead of the Rangers AGM.
GG is likely unhappy that he's not the number one striker. The idea that his agent would advise him to take a contract on that basis seems unlikely.
In any case, neither him nor Kyogo are good enough and I'd punt both if we had decent replacements.

Mate, you are getting giddy that the board are gonna spunk Eddy money again?
I think that whole risky episode gave them the fear and almost certainly contributed to Brendan's demise?
Way more likely that they will be relying on Ange to continue unearthing gems and polishing them a bit more for resale. Rangers are rangers. The only way is up for them currently in the grubber. Feels like we are almost at the point of maximum success and the only way is down? It never lasts.

Not at all. I'm just imaging the situation the DR are suggesting.
Agent: 'go to Celtic'
GG: 'are they paying what I want'
Agent: 'no but they said if you're really good they'll give you more money'
GG 'how much more'?
Agent:' we didn't discuss that. Just go. They seem like good guys'
No doubt any agent can be encouraged to say anything but that is 1990's stuff.

i wouldn't punt either, i'd have both but we need a poacher.
The problem always for me in these situations is can we replace with better?
It’s not always been the case in the past, so that’s where my only concern is. GG has done a job for us-but I’m not blind to his shortcomings. Same with Kyogo.
I haven’t seen much of that Cho-but that was 2 cracking headers he scored the other day-especially the 2nd one.
you can be a better finisher but if your positioning is schite then whats the point.
you're just another morelos / boyd.
