Me thinks it's time I went on strike. 
If these Premier League U21's want to play in an EFL trophy, they should give up their PL status and join the EFL.

If they want to promote youth development, which is what this is supposed to do, force them to loan out their nonplaying U21 players so they can get game time somewhere else.
If they want to aid development, the stockpiling of younger players who don't play needs to be stopped.

I said ages ago we need another Pontins league. A proper central league with games in the stadium, and free entry for season ticket holders.
It's a strange policy this B team, assemble a squad and then send them out on loan.
Perhaps our coaches can't cope with all the players!
