As an alternative...I wouldn't be averse to Pochettino. Has to be someone that can match the level of Southgate' social competence and is adept at acting accordingly with players on a human-level.

Likes of Tammy Abraham, Hudson-Odoi and perhaps Livramento can forget about playing for England...with him in charge.

I think Frank prefers day to day work for now at club management level.
