“If liverpool give in and pay the 70 million Brighton are asking for Moisés Caicedo whilst they have been paying him 3500 a week in wages then Liverpool must take responsibility for ruining football.”
It’s because his wages are so low that his fee will be so inflated.
I think Bellingham is the best of a very talented England generation and will improve any side he joins.
Also think Frenkie fits United's needs better. We lack an elite midfielder for press resistance and ball progression. Ten Hag has recruited so far with a vacancy for a FDJ-profile player. If we somehow landed Bellingham, it would mean tweaking the game plan to accommodate him.

Still feel Brighton are taking the mick here. That would be Ben White 50m, Cucurella 65m, Caicedo 70m.
Thats a joke
No chance we get Bellingham. He’s Liverpool bound. He’s in a public bromance with Trent akin to the one between Pogba and Lukaku that pathed the way for the latter to join United.
Equally, I don’t think FDJ is at all interested in a move to United. We need to rely on our scouts to do their job for once.

Their wages would be so low that the buying club would get equal/better value buying a player of similar quality on higher wages.

Better quality of life in Spain
10) Tanguy Ndombele Lyon - Tottenham €60m
FDJ is a bit overrated for me. He's a decent enough footballer but every time I have watched him he's hasn't wowed me once tbh.
I'd take Jude all day long if it was a straight choice.

60m will be an absolute bargain, the way the market is going in 5/6 years as he is still 25 it will seem like pennies

Bellingham, mainly due to age and ceiling.
FDJ is a very good player and would fit into ETH's Man UTD very nicely, but I could see Bellingham being a potential world class CM and he'd also fit us well, alongside Casemiro.
Bellingham is real quality, best of the talented young england generation though think (the was eligible) musiala is even better, as is Pedr.
FDJ would suit us better, but isn’t all that interested in us. He may still sign but I don’t think we’d be at the top of his wish list.
Frenkie is pretty overrated. Not really done it for Barca and isn't he on like 400k a week too with backpay outstanding.
Bellingham is hit with the English tax but he could be a star for us or whoever else gets him.

also gotta love how the answer to the "bellingham or de jong" question seems to be "yeah, but pogba"
How does Pjanic to Barça not get a triple ?
