Morning all👍.
Got to start off by getting something off my chest. Jesse. Again. What an absolute cnnut he is for saying what he did in yesterday’s presser. His words have left me feeling like I’ve been kicked in the guts. Leeds never give up, or never used to, and for him to dash all hope of ever being in the top half of the table, let alone ever winning anything, is a ferrucking disgrace. I really dislike that bs-trite-phrase-wanchor.
Right, so to the game today😁, we’ll do very well to get a point so going for a 1-1. Harrison screamer.

I agree with your comments TLB, but I think there was a certain amount of pragmatism in the City game, keeping the powder dry for the Toon.
I don't agree with it, but I see the logic in keeping Harrison and Jimmy fresh for this one. Jimmy and Rodrigo work really well together. As much as I like Gnonto, Jimmy has to start ahead of him.
The only question that matters is, can we put out a back four that can defend? No matter how many goals we score, our defence seems determined to concede one more.

Yep.
Team news;
* Roca dropped
* Ayling in for Kristensen
* Harrison in for Greenwood
Meslier
Ayling-Koch-Cooper-Struijk
Adams-Forshaw
Aaronson-Gnotto-Harrison
Rodrigo
I think that's what we've gone for
Looks like that's the formation Shaun. But I think
Gnonto is on the right Aaronson in middle. Glad
Marsch had the good sense to keep Gnonto in the
starting line up.
And playing our only CF at CF and not RW.
On Wednesday commentator described Roca as lynchpin.
I dont think he is, gets subbed off a lot and now dropped for a player on his way out of Elland Road, bet he's not best pleased.
I'm not sure Aaronson down middle works, I'd rather have Klich on in middle and have a winger you can bring on if necessary.
Roca was dire last time out.
Roca hasn't impressed me at all over the season. Very average. Which isn't a bad thing as we barely had any centre mids Forshaw was better against City imo.
Thought Forshaw was tidy. Did well.

"We've gotten a lot right last 6/7/8 months"
Sold our best 2 players for under market value and purchased an unbalanced squad.

Are you sure about that, Kebab? They aren’t exactly setting the world alight.
Almiron might have a field day today.
How are you all doing regarding getting a stream. The link I shared yesterday is working.
If you have a choice of dropping Roca or forshaw after city you would be mad to drop foshaw over Roca.
Also if he isint happy, well tough, play your way into the side like Forshaw has
Happy New Year from New Zealand. So long as we keep the ball in their half, we’ll be fine.
Gnonto should be one of the first names on the team sheet.
The only real change I would make to the squad he has put out is I would have started Summerville but according to JM he feels that due to his knock he is a better off coming off the bench.
I'm not happy with JM but he has selected the starting 11 I would have done all things considered.
Started Summerville ahead of Aaronsen*
Come Onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeds!!!
MOT
Heres hoping Lads and Lasses
Struijk craving goals now. Love it.
Ayling gets dinged for flopping. I say he's crafty.

Love this kid, really think he had a bright future in the game.
If I was Holland I'd be having him in the next squad for sure, I know he was named in the 39 provisional squad for world cup but if I was Belgium I'd be doing everything to get him to play for them.
Adams
Mes
Struijk
Gnonto
First four names on every team sheet from now on.
