BBC:
Manchester City only arrived back from Athens at 4am on Thursday after winning the Uefa Super Cup in midweek, and it is fair to say Pep Guardiola is not happy with the Premier League for their scheduling of this game.
It's hardly ideal for Newcastle fans either - the last train back to Tyneside leaves Manchester Victoria at 9.32pm... to make that, they would have to leave the ground at half-time.
The Toon Army do have a couple of other options if they want to take public transport home, but they are hardly, erm, enticing.... they could get a National Express coach at 11pm, which goes via Glasgow and gets them to Newcastle at 5.25am, or a Megabus that leaves at 10.10pm and gets them in at 3am.
Utd arguably had the best defence in the league last season. With the Casemiro drop-off I wonder if we will see McT in midfield or then recall Fred

Ye what. Utd were nowhere near the best defense last year.
Don’t let the Liverpool thrashing cloud your memory. There was a reason why DDG of all people got the golden gloves
Didn't realise the City game was tonight, what ridiculous scheduling
