I always find it funny watching rugby waaanks train at the meadows. Kicking the ball into the air and then trying to catch it. Like the kind of skill level you learn when you're a footballer aged 3 and have had a full frontal lobotomy. Very, very little skill involved in rugby, in reality.

Germany and Italy are going through a very bad patch in international footy. Probably for a while cos the talents simply aren't breaking through.

Also realised that it is only like 3 days until the Scotland Vs England game and I haven't provoked enough recently. I guess it's just one of those things that Liverpool fans can probably relate to next season once Everton are relegated. It isn't really a rivalry when your so called rivals play in a league below like England do in the nations league.

There seems to be sod all when it comes to tactics too. There aren't any different formations, and the entire game is just "Pick up ball and run in that direction. Smash into people along the way."

You have to wonder what the coaches actually do.

Yeah but kicking a ball unopposed through a massive target requires a lot of skill. They need to be able to kick the ball high to an accuracy of about 50 metres in height but also be really accurate width ways as well cause it has to go anywhere within a 10m width or so. Needs to be reeeeallly accurate.

Like if you removed all of the individual scores on a dart board and the whole board was just worth 3 points.

Or golf where the green is the hole. Onto the green. 3 points lads. Next hole.

Then inbetween they just barge eachother then do a wee Celtic huddle for reasons no one understands
