i said earlier that i wouldn't have given it, but didn't think it was a disgraceful decision. there are dozens of other (english) posters who said it wasn't a penalty, and just as many who said it signalled the death of football to see such a decision.

but carry on stewing in your own bile if it makes you feel better.

i get nevilles pov and wrightys pov. both make good points but i lean more towards wrighty tbh on that its a foul anywhere else on the pitch, defenders gone for the block failed to achieve it, studs up and intentionally or not hurt kane.

tbf usually when a player gets a shot away in the box and is caught after its rarely given. Which is why i understand the shock he was sent to the monitor and actually gave it. But yeah its a foul everywhere else on the pitch so...

I love how it wouldn't have just been England winning to annoy Barry but also Kane scoring from a pen, to really rub it in that much further.

Where are you watching the final pun? Meant to be watching with English friends at pub but they don't know much about football which is frustrating in itself

For me with England winning Sunday on here will at least be interesting, as a Jock I’ll be behind Spain but if you win fair play and I’ll not have fack all to say, my only complaint would be the media madness not your joy

Where did that performance come from from Foden? He was absolutely everywhere. Heat and pass maps are bonkers, and completed 100% of his passes. Absolutely exceptional tonight, particularly first half.

Credit to Southgate for giving him the freedom as well.
