Steady now… let’s see if he has the courage of his convictions in a World Cup/ Euros.
All fine and dandy against Rep of Ire.. let’s see what he does against the big guns.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yh but setting up the lads to put together moves like that is positive regardless of the opponent or occasion. Last friendly we played under southgate we lost to iceland lol?
Bellamy's Wales looked good last night.
Very fluid attacking
Highlight of this half is still Andros Townsend calling Seamus Coleman "the greatest human being on Earth"

Wasn’t the same turkey that turned up at the euros. Looked a shadow of that team. Shame wales didn’t get the victory they deserved

That's maybe a fair point V? The pressure put on the team in tourneys by the media and fans must be tense, they look fair relaxed tonight and are moving it about well
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, it's true bud. The talent is there, always has been but the mentality simply isn't. How does one make that mentality shift? How do you attain elite level winning mentality when it really matters?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
100% for me that's the HUGE difference between being a talented team and a team that will win tourney's
I've no idea how it can be achieved, the England squad have the talent but atm not the mental side

True.. that shouldn’t have happened. Southgate proper messed up those friendlies, then starts to experiment during the actual tourney?! 🤪

Yup
Gayhe has injured himself with a tackle earlier
Look I get a fair few fans don't like Grealish, I only see him every so often but when I do I always get the impression he can cause teams bother? Maybe when at Villa as the main man he looked better but still feel he can give assists, goals when played although I do appreciate you're not lacking talent in his position

Ffs GB's done an article.. England doomed
Is it too easy in the bundesliga for him?
Greenwood has 5 in 3 for Marseille. Why are we sticking with the spurs flop up top?
