Amorim is in real trouble tbh. I’m not sure you can successfully play 3-4-3 in the Prem. We saw it once under Conte and that’s it.

I’ve seen it mould into a back five out of possession and in theory it could work but I don’t see how with those players. Mainoo is too slow to play in a two imo, in fact I’d say all their midfielders are bar maybe Ugarte, and the whole side lacks pace in general. It’s pretty easy to isolate and drag their CBs wide and it allows far too much space in a league full of sprinters.

I can’t see him changing the system either so I can see a fair few more losses yet.
