I went for 2. But, I leaned 3 as that seems more realistic. However, I buy into several people's belief
that he's safe based on our hierarchy wanting him.

And I broke your no words rule dammit.

4.

Results, results, results.

One word three times - Marsch's record isn't good enough to date but another change of coach this season could be a catastrophe, unless Potter becomes available!

0- never should have been hired.

2-5 don’t make sense to me - we’ve seen enough in terms of what he’s about, his playing style and tactics. Woeful and out of his depth. Even if he wins a couple of games here and there that fact doesn’t change. We’re not going anywhere.

Has to go for me.

That's a 1 vote for A14

If Chelsea hit the panic button and Potter gets the chop in the next few weeks and we get less than 5 points in our next 3 league games I would then advocate a change but atm I've voted 2 star.

3 for me, although I really want him to succeed and wouldn’t like us to revert to the revolving door. Macca: Chelsea already hit the panic button…Tuchel is available!

It's a 4 from me.
End of season then please go.
Bielsa an impossible act to follow.
Even when it all went wrong he still oozed class! Not sure there's much of that on display in the Premiership. Just not feeling it!

I voted 1, let's get Steve Evens back.

I went for 2. See where we are after the next three games - all of which we should (be able to) win.

Chelsea could hit it again. Potter would be good for us.

I sense that JM has changed in the 10 months he's been here. He seems a lot less joyful, inspirational and happy go lucky. He seems under pressure and as if he's trying to win fans over and given a lot of the comments on social media, you can see why. Definitely deserves to see the season out unless we go on a February horror run and need a new manager bounce to keep us up.

4 from me, Same caveat as Shaun.

A 2 from me. My view being that we've seen enough from him to know that he can't cut it at this level.

I agree with Shaun that he seems under pressure, but I feels it's because he's losing/lost his self belief as the season has progressed.

A 2 for me. Get minimum of 5 points from next three games and that would be a decent return.

It is the lack of a cohesive plan and the inability to organize the defence in pre season, month off in September and world cup break that is most concerning.

Do we think the 5s are from rival fans?
No admission from any Leeds fan yet to voting 5.

He is unable to sort the defence. It's very worrying.

I gave it a 3. If Leeds drops down into the bottom three, get rid.

I would prefer to get rid sooner, but he has the backing of the 49'ers one would assume

No one’s been able to organise this defence though. So whilst I understand the argument against our narrow formation with high fullbacks, my personal biggest criticism of marsch is him not stamping his foot down and insisting on New centre halves and a left back in the summer. Either he’s not been assertive enough or he can’t judge a defender. He has two defensive old boys now so guess we’ll find out soon enough.

I've gone a 4, but you did write at the top "No words needed here. Just click on the stars to vote........"

Ok, in spite of my rant yesterday, I’m torn on whether to ditch him now, or at very best, give him another 3 games. That seems to be the model now with Jesse, he’s only ever 3 games away from disaster at best. No way to run a club.

Had we lost yesterday, a lot of fans would have wanted him gone. Villa and Brentford are big games for him. One just lost to Stevanage, and the other is 9th biggest club in London rocking up to our backyard
