Spurs already being called out by the largest and most respected human rights charity in the world, and rightly so.

Not a good look.

That horse has already well and truly bolted. Not sure why all of a sudden the rules should be changed for Spurs

After fifa sold the World Cup for blood money, the battle is lost mate.

If it’s not spurs it will be someone else

Let it be someone else then.

Whilst I commend your stance on this, I suspect that most supporters will find a reason to justify such a takeover on the basis of competing for trophies, as the City and Newcastle fans have.

This is all very commendable and I totally agree but fear the horse may have bolted on this one, and I for one am too old to worry about the sad way of the world today

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not yet, and we’re already getting negative press. Imagine the headlines and backlash if it actually happened.

Well sorry, but I believe you either stand for something, or you’ll fall for anything.

Hope Levy has seen the article.

Other groups are interested in investing in Tottenham.

On a lighter note, it would be massively Spursy if the PL did step in and change the rules before any takeover!

I don’t care who the owners are , I just want us for once go after a player none of this , I’ll put a deposit down and look around bollix.

I’m sick and tired of ENIC and Levy saying funds are tight and then buying the wrong Fernandes. I’m fed up with us selling our two best right backs in Walker and Trippier and replacing them with Gary Doherty and that muppet from Brazil.

Well I agree with the first part, but then we went after Ndombele and look how that turned out?

It’s about getting the RIGHT players surely.

Spurs haven’t actually done anything to be called out for, they’ve denied any talks have even happened. Why aren’t they calling out city, who have been in bed with human rights abusers for 15 years? Or Newcastle after their take over?

This bollox and Amnesty are a decade and a half too late.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

They have. In Newcastle's case, they did so well in advance too. Can't custom search dates on this browser for some reason, but they've certainly called out City before too. Don't know what on earth makes you think they'd only have it in for Spurs.

I wonder what percentage of fans would effectively walk away from the club if we had that sort of ownership. I suspect very low, maybe a couple % at most. I think I'd be in that small percentage but that's for another day.

I think in general our fans might be a bit less accepting than Newcastle fans for example were, mainly because they were in a much worse position to begin with.

If it was a choice between Qatari ownership or staying with ENIC, I'd happily keep ENIC for the rest of my life.

This.

Highest prices in the world but never enough money available to buy the player the manager wants.

But like the tories with the highest taxes since the Second World War but can’t give nurses an extra £50 a month to stay in the job

No real fan would ever walk away from their club, no matter the circumstances, so these idle threats just don`t wash I`m afraid.

Any fan who did walk away would not be a proper true Spurs fan, and the club would be better off without their support anyway.

No, but we can protest & call the owners out, like fans have been doing to Levy/ENIC for years.
