Given Levy's love of ex chelsea managers....... I dread to think
Cheers for the update sock, sorry I mean SteveF, ffs I meant billy, I’ll get this right in a minute SimonB, Sandy I mean definitely sandy
I never said taking Poch back was 100% the right decision for Spurs but if he goes to Everton this week and we are stuck with Conte just seeing out his contract and ruining the second half of season i'll be furious

Ouch
Well a puzzler for Levy now...... he defo wants Poch back if Conte is not signing a contract. So this may force his hand to get rid of Conte if hes got any sniff that Poch is going to Everton that is........
Whatever happens you 100% guarantee Levy will make the wrong decision
but who knows.... maybe Poch will tell Levy to do one regardless....

wouldn't blame him
I`m more confident that both Kane and Conte will both be staying now, with rumours coming out today, about Kane wanting to sit down and discuss a new contract with the club. All good.
Welcome back Harry.

Maybe he has wind of Poch’s imminent return 🥰
Everton will not get Poch, they need someone like Dyche or Allardyce who know their way around a relegation scrap👍
He’ll be the next Spurs manager, sandy.
This feels very much a lure article. Fine. I'll bite.
There's no way in hell Poch is accepting that job. You don't go from Spurs to PSG to Everton. Not in this position. No way. He was rumoured to have turned down Villa so he's not going to take the Everton job.
It'll be Sean Dyche. We all know it. They need a manager that can save a team from relegation. It's a very specific brief.
I hope Dyche does get the Everton job. I know he's not everyones cup of tea and see him as a bit of moaner but I have massive respect for him in football terms.
What he does with little or no money is born from sheer hard work and determination and for that he deserves credit. Everton are another under achieving club for their size and history. He could be just the tonic they need.

It's comments like this that make defeats more bearable. If we win tonight, great, we're closer to the CL positions. If we lose, I can sleep easily knowing your precious little Conte is closer to the exit door.
Tick tock, Sandy. It's happening!!!!

Amazingly, Poch is still 7/2 to be next Spurs manager with PP. He’ll be in place by the end of the week.
No way they're paying Poch's wages

I think the bigger stumbling block would be to get Poch to stop laughing when they asked if he’d be interested.

I wouldn't read much into the odds. It's just a flurry of bets that have been put on after that journalist said talks have started but he's Italian. I'm not sure what an Italian journo would know about Poch's next move.
Given Tuchel is likely pinning his hopes on Read Madrid when Carlo leaves in the summer, that does leave the door open for Poch to come here. A lot can change in that time though. Tuchel could end up with another job leaving Poch the favourite for Real or perhaps Potter becomes available again. I'd be happy with either Poch or Potter to be honest. Anyone but a serial winner please. They don't work at clubs that require project building.

Completely agree
Pochettino is very selective about his jobs. Everything has to be right for him and his team. As it should be. No way he’d be tempted by the Everton job.
Dyche is a shoe in. Cody ans Tarkowski are exactly the type of CBs he likes to work with. Plus they have a few defensive minded midfielders.

Poch isn't an ex-Chelsea manager and Everton love them as much as we do. I think they'll try and get Tuchel, or failing that Avram Grant.

Dyche is a decent English manager who doesn't get the credit he deserves. More worthy of a job at a PL club than others.
