Thanks View. Picket line straightforward. Two fat, bored looking people in bobble hats holding mis-spelt placards. And a friend to drive past "tooting" occasionally.

You’re right - I’ll just keep accepting real term pay cuts. Sod the strike πŸ‘

And anyway, the English Dept will meticulously scrutinise all of the hand made placards

And I haven’t got any friends who would welcome driving in the area where I work

Never mind striking, just remember not to overlook that £3.5m odd additional income on you tax return.

Will take a break from unpacking at New Vidal Towers to make the short trip up to darkest Burslem. I wouldn't expect Cashin to be risked and I don't think his absence has anything sinister behind it. Maybe Collins will come in for Didzy to do some of the hard work for an hour or so. Saturday was hugely entertaining but tomorrow might be a bit more attritional.

Morning View, Morning all... yes, matchday again. A tough one I fear.... as they all are.... but we owe them one for beating us at our place so hopefully we'll turn the tables. C'mon Derby

Mornin' View, according to the Mail yesterday, you and everyone else not on large incomes are to blame for the state of the country. If we want something for nothing we should take a leaf out of Boris's book and beg from our rich friends and relatives.

People have no idea just how much investment the country is losing due to UK businesses re-locating to the EU.

Oh they do but who will admit to it?

Its time for acknowledgment and disclosure and a GROWN UP conversation about all of it.

I went to the pub on the the 17th of June 2016 and after a few drinks I stood up and shouted what sort of f*******g idiot voted Brexit. A nation that relies on trade voting to leave the world's largest trading block on our own door step.

At least I will be able to say those 4 favourite little words. I told you so.

I was in Kelham Island where the clientele are a younger and more educated than many parts of South Yorkshire. In Thorne I would probably have ended up in hospital, 69% in favour of Brexit.

More educated, but just as easily duped.
