The difference is with Roman it seemed like there was a plan, under Boehly you are just faaaacking mental buying anyone with a pulse.

With these long contracts - what happens a couple of years from now when some of these guys don’t work out - who you moving them to?

Also Anthony Gordon is terrible - his speed alone will probably be enough for a Prem career but he is just a younger Dwight McNeill

Lol it was exactly the same under Roman, don't kid yourself. There was no masterplan, we just tried to get the very best and biggest players we could and whatever worked worked. You can't tell me there was masterplan behind us signing Juan Veron for example.

At least now it's clear that we're trying to buy the very best players of tomorrow and working towards having a better side over the coming seasons. That's not difficult to see surely.

To be fair now this FFP loophole we're exploiting has been made more clear it's not hard to see why it's young players we're targeting. You're not gunna give a 25 y/o+ player an 8-9 year deal are you?
