Mad that city have just given up, so lucky for arsenal
Cancelo gone from best full back to PL to been shown the door for a few bad months? That is ruthless.
Cancelo has been absolute waaaank this season

We definitely aren't going anywhere further under Levy. He's taken this Club as far as he can visualise. Really hope he gets replaced very soon

Grim. If Levy hadn’t have haggled as long as he has the fella Porro would’ve been a Spurs player a fortnight ago.
wouldn't worry about missing out on porro, any defence he is a part of will always be leeky

So many young players coming through the system, not needed
For fecks sake. You really couldn't make this shiiiiit up.
He's more a left back though. They have Walker and Lewis on the right now.
Ake has done well at left back so no wonder.
Is Porro versatile? Can he play left and right? That might make Pep choose him as a useful option.
Walker will be not needed by the end of season, maybe he will come back
Levy has apparently taken over the Porro negotiations now… sigh of relief /s
You lot are so gullible, he isnt going to City. For a start Cancelo is a Left back and Porro is a RWB.
All of this is posturing and haggling over pennies.
Happy to do a name change bet with anyone (for a month) that Porro is a Spurs player by the end of the window

I find that very hard to believe. This deal has had his grubby little fingers over it from the get go. I know this came from O Keefe, who is usually pretty good, but to my mind, when Paratici has been doing the deals they've gone through quite quickly, not Levy. Is this just some bullshiiiit PR dress up to make us believe that when it does get over the line, we all have to line up and thank DL? What a joke.

I like this bet,
Cancelo is originally a Right back.
As it stands City have Rico Lewis and Walker.
Having just seen the valuation of Porro at 45m plus city could make 25m by just buying Porronto compete with Rico and Walker for 6 months then sell him to Madrid or Barca who are looking for a right back in summer.
Guess who has ties with Barca??

apparently it's sporting that have been messing us about rather than us sitting on our hands
we don't know the ins and outs but I doubt that levy was actually in charge of such a major deal - the only deal he's handled since paratici came in was Spence which as we know was a 'club signing'

Actually we outsourced the deal to an intermediary called Base who represented both Spurs and the Player.
Allegedly the reason why this deal has taken so long is that everytime Base gets anywhere in the negotiation they have to go back to their client - Tottenham and check we are happy with what’s been negotiated - hence why there have been loads of meetings.
Levy is getting involved now to try and drag this one over the line, otherwise we will still be having meetings long after Porro retires
