Sad because hes one of the few positives of the season, absolute beast of a defender. But not surprised either. Dno wtf we do in training.
No chance of any momentum this season with the rapid rate of injuries we are getting. Considering it’s all training injuries I’m starting to wonder whether it’s anything to do with luck or just shocking management.
didn't he pick this injury up against Brighton<Ok>
Only one game this season, that we’ve had Trent-Konate-VVD-Robertson since the final. It’s been one thing after another, we’re absolutely cursed.
Wow just wend season for us.
No luck what so ever with injuries.
But he was injury prone st leipzig ad well.
Just need matip to now get Injured
Are all these injuries bad luck or just symptomatic of how your manager likes to play football. To play at the intensity you guys have for 5 years was never going to end well without constantly recycling the squad.
City did it by keeping the ball. You did it by running your players into the ground.
Buying players with a known history of injuries doesn't hlep

Tbf city looked jaded too but just have a more expansive squad to cover the cracks a little. Both teams look like they are covering half the ground of previous seasons.

We havent been that type for years now, sure we still pressed hard and intelligently but we moved to more possession based some time ago.
The shift was evidently clear from what it was when Klopp first came in. Now its neither really. Not even the basics it seems which was effort, rarely we were outfought when klopp first came in, rarely a team wanted it more despite the squad not being at its best. We dont even get that now, most teams seem to work harder and want it more vs us. Tbh a lot of them do look like they just cant provide that anymore, whilst others probably suffering in conjuction as a result of that.

United should try keeping the ball or running their players into the ground one of these days. They might just win major trophies again.
Konate is a CB he doesnt do the hard yards.
Jotas was a tackle.
Some bad luck but we seem to sign players with iffy history of injury

Agreed, Melo was a great example of a poorly conceived and planned budget loan deal.
It was short lived too, having suffered a significant injury putting his new shirt on for the media.
This season has been an abject disaster. Konate has been our most consistent outfield player when he's been available to play. Bar Allison he's been our best player by a country mile.
