I watched the Leeds game up to the Rashford goal. Thought Leeds played really well and their new signing Gnoto looks a real find. They look good enough to miss the drop on the evidence of that performance.

Everything about this game points to a Wolves win for me, so that usually means we'll lose.

Proper six pointer this one, with all three going to Wolves 😆

Looking at the predictions posted so far for this game I'm surprised by the negativity.
Seriously lads, Southampton haven't won a home game in the league since August 30th.
I suppose it could be worse, at least no-one has predicted a Southampton win (yet)

This is Wolves, Gem. Fan optimism and confidence usually precede an unexpected loss. If we play down expectations, we may be able to avoid that.

Hard to imagine the saints players responding to the manager after his comments last week to be honest.

Its important to convert the unexpected victory over Liverpool in to at least a draw at Southampton. We went in to these two games probably expecting to come out with three points so you gain nothing if you in to the "easier" game with the mindset that we already have three "bonus" points.

I think the attitude will be right though, the squad has had a freshen up and the manager looks to have everyone on board, I think it will be tighter than last week but we'll win.
