When did Speroni play for Celtic?

also do they need to have played at a decent level when here or include the ones well past it and rotten?

for eg Best could barely walk to the pub when he played for Hibs ! He was a disgrace when he was up here.

He wasnt good enough for a Hibs team that got relegated that year , IMO he shouldnt be anywhere near the list.

he played 17 games and was told to gtf basically.

the manager was dead set against him playing but the chairman forced him. think he scored 3 goals

he went AWOL for a month no training or nothing , just missing.

It wasnt all roses the Hibs fans Im sure ended up turngin against him im sure when they all turned up in number for an away game and he didnt turn up and when on a bender instead. Im sure they sacked him after that , then the chairman changed it to a weeks suspension after seeing the damage it could do commercially.

The chairman also said that they should have never gone ahead with the deqal in the first place after he left.

Guy played most of his career in the EPL and fifty games for Scotland. Surely worth a shout? Although admittedly I never saw him play in Scotland.

The 1960s and 1970s are generally regarded as a terrific time for football and there's a couple from then. Ian St John, Dave Mackay, Alan Gilzean and John White must be near the top.

Surely John Mcginn needs to be in there , at very least from a modern day perspective

But I could build several brilliant teams of great Scottish players who never played for Celtic or Rangers.
