Afternoon, View.
Have you reached Half Term ?
PS. Dont believe in curses, whether MoMonth, January, February, BBG, Play off finals etc.etc.
Expect to hear plenty of talk of them on the RD preview this eve or the moan-in on Mon, though

Next Friday đ
Do you consider that a cup of tea is a suitably dynamic icon to encourage the weekend’s efforts?
Perhaps a can of Guinness, Red Bull or even Iron Brew might make a bolder statement?
Just saying…….
Away end sold out -again and I despair of ever getting to an away game -remember going to Barnsley with NSR when we were 5hit - happy times!
Odd coincidence View, the last time I went to Barnsley we were not only 5hit but some "Derby fan" had 5hit on the floor in the toilets. We have some wonderful fans.

Tea is good enough Cat. We shouldn't need any encouragement. Automatic promotion is in our sights and we owe Wycombe a good thrashing just to upset their mardy owner.. Win at Plymouth and our game in hand then we will only be trailing them by two points. Just keep winning and all will be fine.
I have been to Barnsley a few times but my strongest memory is of the "Smith out!" chants early in that promotion year. Berks are generally more vocal than the taciturn majority, no offence Spart.
Happy I managed to get tickets for tomorrow. A fairly long trip via Loughborough to pick up my younger lad. Parking a nightmare I am told by a Wycombe fan I know at work.
Same team I would have thought.

Was still at work - that’s the strongest drink available
Still, back at home now with a glass of Tullamore and one lump of ice.

Morning View, Morning all...
Well, an interesting fixture eh. Will we see this as a "grudge match" ??? Well, it is for me and I hope we stuff them.
That aside we have to view them with respect because of their direct style. So do we play 5 at the back ... or do we go with our normal line up ?? Quite intriguing really. I have an inkling we'll go with our usual format and impose our power play on them. I also think we may see young Harvey start too.
C'mon Derby!!!!
Cheers. Terry. UTR

MATCH DAY!!!!!!!
Ey up all. I’m told the setting of the ground at Wycombe is very pretty and that the fans are welcoming.
But feck that. Get in, get the points and get out.
Have you a pie at the ready, on the off chance Spart turns-up, vidal?
I will source one if that glorious day ever comes, Scouse. It would need to be a fresh one. I want to see the steam rising after I’ve dumped it on his bonce. Ideally there would then be a few seagulls to swoop down for a bit of a feast.

Grudge? Me?
It’s just the chairman, not the club, so we should direct our ire at him.
Which I imagine is what will happen. Unless we can think of a few rhymes for Couhig I fear we made need to resort to more basic forms of insult. “Couhig, Couhig, you’re a ****” for example.
‘Pig’ only has three letters though, vidal?
After a run of games against some of the lower placed clubs in the league (Bolton excepted) we are now facing a some more competitive teams. I would say the next few games will show whether we really do stand a chance of automatic promotion.
Those 0 0 draws earlier in the season are still likely to condemn us to the play offs, but it must be our turn again to win them.
