In seriousness, I had a similar issue with a recent neighbour who built a huge drive that intruded on one of the bedrooms. I asked him about it but nothing was done. So I used my local MP to raise concerns about privacy of the neighbours large LandRover parking so close to us, and council got him to remove the drive!

Have obtained quotes of repairs.
If I win that would mean he would have to install some type of drainage. Pay for that himself. Also pay for decorative repairs.

if you live in fear of him he will treat you like someone who fears him.

buy some hydrochloric acid, pour it over any part of the drive that encroaches your land. in the short term it will corrode the parts that on your in the long term it could severely weaken the structure of the rest of the concrete and cause it to crumble.

and send the animal rights activists to have a word with him !

What kind of surface is the driveway?

You missed your best chance which was objecting right from the off and getting local planning and building control people onto it because they'd support you 100%. Now however, no phannying about, instruct lawyers and go nuclear, get it fixed then sell up pronto, life too short.

Had that sort of scheite at a previous place and cvnts like that will carry on taking a loan if you give them any inch.

Basically you need to be a khunt to him until you find his breaking point - that thing that irritates him so much that he is willing to negotiate.
