Amazing is currently my favourite Aerosmith track. Joe Perry I always thought was an underrated guitarist, and the solo on that track - his very best for me - is strong evidence for that.

I don’t know what number we’re on now, but I don’t think RATM have featured yet, have they?…

I love the band but was never a huge fan of their videos. If I was gonna do one it would probably be Sleep Now In the Fire as that was always on the Kerrang channel and watched it religiously.

Rewatching this video I have to give props to the special effects of him walking off the tracks just as the train is about to ‘hit’ him. Still looks great today (even if the rest of the train parts look very fake 😂 )

Whilst Aerosmith are not one of my fave bands and I prefer heavier stuff I do think Dream on live is one of the best rock songs of all time.

I must confess a lot of that was aimed at doing exactly what you’ve done on every song robb has presented except this. quite funny to see you on the opposite side now.

I’ve nothing against Aerosmith except I find them very bland, decent musicians, do nothing for me at all though. Radiohead IMO are 1000 times more creative and better if viewed from a innovative and song writing perspective.

criticising is fair cos your giving your opinion its not giving out an absolute as long as it constructive and fair. which I think I have been for my tastes.

I like Aerosmith, i dont love them. the stuff I love is much heavier.

Again I think its fine to say you dont like it but to claim its unlikeable is a different. much like saying you dont like something is very different to saying its $hit.
