Fernando Alonso lost his P3 due to mechanics touching his car.
But now he has it back again because they took longer than 30 laps to make a decision.
FIA trying to match Ferrari for incompetence.
Its the right decision, they need to be much faster with those decisions because it gives drivers the chance to make up time on the track to counter the penalty.

Alonso's the biggest gainer here. Could've been stuck behind Sainz, plus the Mercs could've double teamed him.
