Didn't watch the match...
but suspect the reasons Southampton lost that match were the same as for Chelsea being done by the Saints.
One word:
Hunger.
Same goes for Spurs v Sheffield United.
Without the hunger, the desperate desire to win, (supposedly) bigger teams will fall to (on paper) lesser teams.
Motivation is the prime job of every manager especially after a win in the previous match.
