I'm not 100% but I think Kent was £6.5-7M while Jullien was £6-6.5 so not a huge amount of difference

Apparently not Lex. According to Beale he's as fit as he's ever been.

they have a few players who are a conundrum imo.

morelos goals obviously can't be overlooked, he' scored a few important ones but behaviour has always been an issue, he's not getting red cards as much anymore but his behaviour in the kitchen needs work.

Tavernier, his set plays are terrific, as is his crossing, i think you would need to be a moron to deny that. Imo he's too meek to be a captain and the amount of joy we have had down his side in old firm games is frightening. he's far from "solid".

Was Barasic, the LB not a decent player for Rangers? might have the name wrong but sure he was pretty solid?

On his day he's a big threat going forward and capable enough defensively to not be exposed

When he's off, he's devoid of confidence and a man down defensively.

Kent is one of our most productive attacking players but it's fair to say he's not lived up to what was hoped of him. If he'd been a £2m signing you'd be saying he's been a great signing over the piece, but at £7m he really had to increase his levels significantly above what he showed during his loan, which IMO he hasn't. Still, thank fook we went for him on a permanent deal rather than Sheyi Ojo.

Abada is a cracking player btw, can see Celtic getting good money from him in a year or two especially if he can put in a couple of standout performances in Europe.

Abada is a great player, he's a winger that actually scores goals and creates assists, for €4M he's a bargain.

27 appearances (mostly a sub) 10 goals, 5 assists.
That's great from a guy that gets about 20 minutes a match.

He'll go for big money, I just hope he stays for another two years.
