Erik has to take the blame today. Starting Weghorst who has been an absolute passenger in almost every game was never going to work. Playing Bruno on the left? Not playing an extra midfielder? AWB over Dalot due to him being the better defender?

Bad day at the office. Hate losing to these horrible lot but they have been the better team by far.

Our away performances are still very worrying. Still to go to Newcastle, Tottenham and Brighton. All winnable but let's be honest, we haven't beaten anybody as good as them away from home all season

I'd have sacrificed the Barca one. That's the competition that could cost us in terms of tired legs. And as we saw in midweek, our reserves aren't up to it

Imo they’ve only been the better team by far, since they got the second goal.

At 1-0 it was pretty even, they started better and we came back into it. Goal straight after HT and we lost our heads.

The players must be feeling arduous season considering we've played more games than anyone on Europe this season.

Weg really slows down and blunts out attack and makes us play with less width, not doing us any favours in my opinion but at the same time this performance overall can’t be stuck on him

It's a good job Newcastle and Spurs both lost otherwise this would feel a lot lot worse.

Top 4 still very much in our hands.

Prck is generous

People making it sound like Liverpool have been amazing. They had 3 shots on goal and scored 3 goals. We had way more clear chances. Even the game at Arsenal if we had a competent goalkeeper we would have won. De Gea first save was like in the 86th minute at the Emirates.
