Did we expect it to end any differently when he was first appointed?
Would have been nice for him to have brought us some silverware this season and sailed off into the sunset but this was the more realistic outcome for a manager well known for needing large spending and being outspoken about failings at a club, coming to Spurs.
At least he got us top 4 last year so his tenure was a bit more successful than Jose.

Yeah - he's right, but that doesn't make him any less of a twaaaat for trying to pretend he's not to blame too. It's not like he's exactly done wonders with the limited tools at his disposal. At best he's achieved par, and that's being very generous. Trying to reframe the narrative to martyr himself is properly classless

Even Levy had anything about him he would resign straight after sacking Conte.
He won’t though - we will get the usual sheite of lessons have been learned and then we will heavily rotate in the Europa League round of 16 next season and get knocked out of that and the FA cup in the same week.
That’s the worst thing - people think things will be better when Conte goes, they won’t and Kane will go the season after that, finally free from Levy’s clutches.
Then we will be finishing 6/7th every year and thinking if only we had a goal scorer as Richarlison bags 5 for the season

Pretty good resignation letter methinks!
However he has to take quite a bit of blame because he never has a plan B. From my perspective I want him gone purely because of the football his teams play.
His substitutions are often at odds with the game, why take off Porro when Skipp (who I like) was having a poor second half.
I also would have taken Perisic off instead of Kulu, putting Royal down the left.

He, Titty, ENIC have rewarded players who are used to failure by still let them have a prominent roles of the club.
It's a disgrace we have wasted so much money on right backs and not addressed other defensive issues.
He doesn't have the players for his formation. Even if he did I'm not sure it would even work lol.

Edin I agree he is deflecting some what. But it’s more on Levy the clubs history than him. This season is on him though. Be interesting to hear just how many of the players we signed he actually wanted.
Conte needs to go after Paratici for all his shiiiiiit signings next. Hopefully making reference to being a criminal in the process.
If he was a man of conviction he would walk but he won’t he’ll wait for the pay off and subsequent gagging clause.
So you’ll never know the real truth of who he wanted etc
