We're finding it hard to get out of this pattern that's set in over the last two or three months in the first half of games.

Struggling to build out from the back through midfield unless Martinez is on the ball, rushing every action in possession, relying more and more on transitions and hopeful crosses.

I'm sure fatigue is playing its part but it's been largely like watching United of old since the World Cup. None of the players are really on the same wavelength in the way they were in the earlier part of the season.

We don’t keep possession or control games very well at all, imagine how good we could be if we did.

Got to move the ball quicker if we’re not going to have sustained possession. We look like we could rip them apart if we do play faster. Been a poor half

Crazy!

Naturally when you take Eriksen, Casemiro, Martial & Antony out of the team, I'd expect us to look a little bit Ole-ball as the replacements simply aren't as good, particularly in possession/technically.

It shows how far off we still are as a squad, and I didn't mention he RB & GK positions above, either.
