I was there the last time we beat Spain what a night I just hope the support have an appropriate amount of the bevvy tonight ,well deserved

What surprised me was whilst they had a fair whack of possession we had equally good chances and perhaps better, we didn't really look under massive pressure and kept our shape and organisation throughout

I've always kinda found it tough to take to Clarke but he's done WAY better than I ever thought he could or would so kudos to him

Great result well done Scotland. Thought our tactics were spot on. Spain didn’t create the chances we thought they would!

Place was bouncing tonight.

Bitter fud

Makes it all the sweeter by then being convinced they were outdone by their own antics

Classic rope a dope from Scotland tonight. Very professional.

Some really good players in out team and they can even sometimes compensate for the plodder as long as they all stick to the plan

It would be preferable that they maintain this delusion that somehow it’s the fates conspiring against them or it’s someone’s else’s dastardly deeds.

And carry on oblivious to the fact that maybe they aren’t that amazing these days. The very few locals I’ve spoke to feel they are nowhere near the standards expected of an international side from Spain.

A great example of what international football is all about tonight. A team game and not the sum of the parts. Wales have demonstrated this well over recent tournaments. Need to keep building on this over coming years. Seems very simple but people often lose sight of this
